Disynthesis Chemical is a chemistry based company specializing in the design and custom synthesis of novel organic compounds, research of new drugs, and the development of new chemical production technologies. Disynthesis Chemical consists of two departments: Fine Chemical Department and Technology Development Department.
The fine chemical department is dedicated to the design and synthesis of novel organic compounds, process development and manufacturing of fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals from gram to ton scale for pharmaceutical, drug discovery, agrochemical and biotechnology industries. With the efforts of Disynthesis people we have built two multi-function synthesis workshops, a pilot plant with more than 10 sets of 50L-2000L reactor. Our research center is devoted to new product development and scale-up. We can complete the reaction conditions: 0.5MPa - 25MPa, -75oC - 400oC. Our core business consists of process development, custom synthesis, contract research services, lead development, and a product line that includes rare fine chemicals. In the past 10 years, Disynthesis Chemical has been engaged in the synthesis of more than 10,000 products and intermediates supplying our customers in Europe, North America, Asia etc. Customers include large pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals companies, high-technology start-ups and well known catalogue houses. Now we own a stock of near 10,000 products.
The technology development department of Disynthesis Chemical is principally engaged in the chemical formula analysis, component analysis, component testing, process development, technology transfer and other related technology services. We have small scale pilot laboratory, scale-up pilot workshops and a team of experienced researchers and engineers. After several years of involvements in this field, we have accumulated a wealth of experience in the lab development, scaling up, and final production process design. By now tens of large-scale chemical production process designs, plus hundreds of new chemical products developments, lab technology research and the resolving of industrial problems have been accomplished in Disynthesis Chemical.
